Contrary to the Roald Dahl classic, our story has a twist! Instead of heading to New York City, our Peach headed south toward the Mason-Dixon line to Memphis because James wanted to taste real southern BBQ. That same pesky storm from the story plagued our travelers and a gust of wind sent the peach into a tailspin, landing it directly onto one of the BBQ grills that James was so excited to see. The travelers sampled the peach and the flavors they tasted were unlike anything they had experienced before. The result was this light, refreshing summer BBQ beer. With an oak smoke, peach and apricot aroma, the flavor explodes with an initial smoky and wheat flavors, balanced quickly by fruity peach and apricot flavors. In spite of the smoky and fruit taste, the finish is light and crisp. While James' peach was sacrificed in the process, the memory of their travels is preserved in this perfect summer BBQ beer!
