** OUT OF COMMISSION **
Everyone is curious if breweries tweak existing recipes, playing with different ingredients to find unique aroma and flavor combinations. Well – of course we do. So, here’s a fun one we did with an original Hickster recipe in mind, but using locally grown corn straight out of the silo and dry hopping it with Summit hops. It pours hazy golden, with light notes of citrus, onion, dry corn, grass, and hay. It’s crisp and malty sweet, with bitterness to boot – an earthy harvest captured in the glass.
