Favorite Beer: Hey Chicago, Waddya Say?! is currently my favorite SEBC Beer, but in general I have become quite a big fan of any traditional German styles. If I have to drink an IPA, it's typically a West Coast or nothing for me.
Hobbies: I am a huge sports fan! Typically if you enter the brewery on any given night, this is the topic you will hear me talking about. Ever since I was really little, I have also always been a huge fan of the movies! Cinematic adventures take up a large portion of my free time at home with my wife. Being from Colorado though, nature calls me and I love spending as much time as I can outdoors. Anything from hiking, biking, kayaking, or just taking my dog Griffin on a long walk around the neighborhood or to a local brewery is what keeps me grounded.
Where I Am From: Born and raised in a small mountain town west of Boulder, Colorado called Nederland. I have lived in the McHenry County area since I was 6 years old and consider both places my home.
Favorite Vacation Spot: Anywhere in the mountains. Give me a fire, a tent and some trails, and I'm a happy camper.
Something Unique About Me: I am something of an adrenaline junky... I've been skydiving, cliff jumping, and zip lining to name a few things. Always looking for the next thrill.
