Barrel #101 is a very unique creation featuring roasted red beets aged in a single wine barrel from J’s Vineyard & Winery, along with our Exiled Angel Belgian Golden Ale. What resulted is a marriage of beautiful beet red color, earthy beet aroma and flavor perfectly balanced by the underlying bright sour acidity.
