How To Train Your Viking is a Norwegian IPA/Kveik featuring Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Barbe Rouge hops, and fermented with the Norwegian Voss Kviek strain from Omega Yeast. The beer's aroma is distinctly candied Mandarin orange and orange peel, but with a significant bready malt impression. It's flavor is quite a bit more complex, with the orange characteristics layering into subtle strawberry/cherry/berry and hints of black pepper that provide a balance. It's delicate, with a fluffy mouthfeel.
