Flanders-Style Red Ale Seasoned With Chardonnay Barrel Staves Smoked Salt
Our Flanders-Style Red ales spend a great deal of time in our wine barrels developing their complexity. Like Barrel #52, we thought it might be interesting to introduce some smoked salt into the beer. We selected a French sea salt that was delicately smoked over Chardonnay oak barrels.
