Fruit-Ternity House is our new Gose series, using different combinations of fruit, sea salts, and other fun ingredients to provide an experience for the senses! Rather than using a culture from a yeast company to brew a kettle sour, we add Greek yogurt to the malty wort which contains living lactobacillus cultures. Overnight, it develops its own unique, clean, lemony tart flavor.
Mojito: First up in the series, a local fan favorite Mojito style featuring lime juice, mint, and Mexican sea salt. It's a crushable and refreshing beer for the summer!
