Imperial Blond Milk Stout
After brewing up the 100th batch of HICKSTER, we dialed everything up to 11 for this next brew. IMPERIAL HICKSTER is our Imperial Blond Milk Stout, lightly sweet and a little chewy too, enjoyable for a big stout, but definitely not cloyingly heavy - perfect for the summer. The beer was infused twice with Ghana cacao nibs from Ethereal Confections and Yeti's Revenge coffee from Conscious Cup, giving it a nice mild roast (creamy, light molasses cocoa) with some light fruitiness. Everything balances out throughout the brew with the addition of milk sugar; IMPERIAL HICKSTER drinks "big" but with light sophistication, it's a fun beer for coffee and stout drinkers for sure, and a fun one for the summer!
