Soft mouthfeel with an energetic carbonation all dancing in the haze of this NEIPA. So yes we do really want you to party with us
Don't Sweat The Technique: (Released October 2021) We stayed on target, refused to miss and continued to make the hits. Newest FLIPMODE New England IPA drops today, Don't Sweat The Technique. Droppin' bass with El Dorado and Mosaic hops into this brew. Tropical and berry aromas dance together with rhyme and the melody. Bursts of tropic notes, like those of pineapple, with hints of sweet fruit all finish off with a citrus burst. Perfect carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that will have you going back for more. Just Don't Sweat The Technique.
That Thing, That Thing, That Thing: (Released August 2021) Watch out watch out, look out look out, Scorched Earth is releasing a fresh new FLIPMODE New England IPA today. "That Thing, That Thing, That Thing" is hopped with Vic Secret, Citra and Amarillo. Aromas of fresh hop resin, lychee, guava, clean citrus and tropical burst. The sweet flavors start with those of tropical fruit, citrus (more orange than grapefruit) and finish with hop notes. In no time you'll be singing the DOO WOP and waving your hands in the air.
I'ma Feed You To The Monster! ZZLA!: (Released March 2021) Hopped with Citra and Mosaic. These beastly hops have intense aromas of tropical and stone fruit with fruity dank blueberry. Flavors of mango and stone fruit start the beer off and finish with a citrus burst. An absolutely smooth clean beer with the perfect amount of carbonation and hoppiness that you have been craving.
Ready Or Not, Here I Come!: This new hop rhyme features Calypso hops, Wakatu hops from New Zealand, and Loral hops, a dreadlock Hopsta. It's a manifest destiny of stone fruit (mostly peach) and orange, balanced with pear, crisp apple, and a puff of lime and mint. One thing to note about Calypso hops and their impact on this NEIPA, to some they can present some strong, unique flavors some of which might be initially unpleasant to the unprepared if the beer is served very cold. No worries! Just let the beer sit and warm-up for just a little, allow the hops to dance, and the true flavor experience will display. The crew's gonna love this voodoo NEIPA!
Sit Back & Unwind Cause It's Summertime: Features Australian Summer and Loral Hops. Fluffy, pillowy clouds of lightly sweet apricot, melon, lemony citrus, a bouquet of summer cut flowers and grasses, and subtle black tea notes can be found in this Flipmode variant. Sublimely summertime!
Listen All Y'All, It's A Sabotage: Features Mandarina Bavaria, Barbe Rouge, Amarillo, and Comet Hops. This variant is distinctly sweet candy orange, tangerine and orange peel, layered with subtle mixed berry, zesty grapefruit, and wild grass/dank notes. It's delicate and has a fluffy mouthfeel with just a hint of balancing bitterness. Sabotage.
Woo-Hah! Woo-Hah!: Features Taiheke hops from New Zealand, and Ekuanot and Comet hops from the U.S. You will delight in the deliciously dank and tropical/lime/orchard fruit explosion! It has an extremely soft mouthfeel, with additional papaya notes and an old-school grapefruit pith snap. Woo-Hah!
