Imperial Milk Stout
You know the Oatmeal Raisin cookie gets a bad rap as not everyone's favorite cookie to eat but there's something about them that reminds you of being in the kitchen waiting for them to come out of the oven. We created EAT ME as a celebration to the cookie in an Imperial Milk Stout form. The beer was infused with freshly baked homemade Oatmeal Raisin cookies right into our lauter tun, and we added some additional cinnamon sticks, raisins and vanilla to make it a big cookie batch. The aromas smell exactly like those of an oatmeal raisin cookie baking in your oven. Rich flavors of the vanilla along with subtle hints of the cinnamon and those of raisin blend perfectly in a soft and smooth mouthfeel. So come on and have a cookie.
