India Pale Ale (IPA)
Necessity is the mother of invention and it couldn't be clearer than last year when the taproom was closed in the beginning of the pandemic. With an abundance of fresh IPA kegs, we blended together two amazing beers - Giant Killer IPA and Virtual Awakening Double NEIPA in an attempt to salvage draft IPA, and get a new amazing creation out to you.
This year we brewed GIANT AWAKENING on purpose. This IPA is amazingly fresh, with aromas of citrus and hints of dew dropped hay and full of the hoppy citrus flavors that you crave. Bright in color, cloudy in appearance and fresh in flavor.
