"Hello, is this thing on?" Releasing today is CZECH ONE TWO, our Czech Style PIlsner Lager. We used floor malted bohemian pilsner malt from Weyermann to give this beer a special character and an extraordinary flavor that you won't find in anywhere else and hopped exclusively with Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh. The beer aged for over six weeks with a portion of time on American Oak to further enhance your drinking enjoyment. Slightly sweet notes of toasted biscuit, hints of lemongrass and a transition of honey to black tea all finishing off with a touch of wood. So raise your Pilsner Glass and shout Na zdraví (pronounced: naz -drah-vee Cheers in Czech)!
