Life's a Peach, Then You Pie is a peach and apricot fruit beer that was fermented bone dry in large part thanks to a crafty little enzyme that helps put the "Brut" in Brut IPAs. We dosed it with a light touch of cinnamon to provide a peach cobbler or peach pie impression.
