Brett Golden Ale Citra Hopped
For this creation, we treated this beer similar to Barrel #31, but dry-hopped it with the Citra hops. What resulted were flavors reminiscent of a sour apple Jolly Rancher candy. The beer was aged in Pinot Noir wine barrels from J’s Vineyard & Winery, located in California’s scenic Russian River Valley in Sonoma County.
