Flanders-Style, Flemish-Style, Oud Bruin, Sour Brown Ale – all styles featuring blends of dark specialty malts and mixed cultures of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Pediococcus, and Lactobacillus. Our sour brown ale is strong in flavor and tart acidity, aged in wine barrels for over twelve months in order to develop its complexity of dark fruit and berries, sherry, caramel and chocolate notes.
