NORDIC PUNK
Kviek IPA
We come from the land of ice and snow, with attitude. Short, fast-paced songs with hard-edged melodies and singing styles float through the winter chilled air as the snow falls lightly at your feet. It's time for NORDIC PUNK, our Kviek IPA! Hopped with Lotus, Sabro and Loral hops and a special pitch of KVIEK yeast from Omega Yeast in Chicago gives this beer the attitude that fits the name. Aromas of tropical fruit (pineapple, coconut), hints of sweetness (Vanilla) with citrus and floral notes dance through the foam. Flavors start with tropical fruit and orange with some stone fruit as the beer warms.
The label was created by Rachel Ryza, the winner of our Can Art Competition that we held back in October. Over 35 artists submitted their original artwork to create the label for NORDIC PUNK. There were over 1,000 votes placed for choosing the winner between the Top 10 entries. Rachel is originally from Algonquin and is currently a senior at DePaul University getting her degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Digital Marketing.
