N.E. Style IPA
We continue playing with new hop combinations in a NE Style IPA - this time featuring Lemondrop, Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops. The beer is soft and hazy, with tones of lemongrass, tropical fruit, and fresh cut grass along with a dank undernote. Like all of our IPAs in-house (and for that matter other beers too), this beer got a fermentation boost from the music played within the brewery confines - which always includes some throw-back 90's rap/hip-hop.
