Brett Golden Ale Aged in Pinot Noir Barrrels
While simple in conception, this Brett Golden Ale features some bright, complex aromas and flavors of pineapple, mango, pear, and apple created by a derivative of the Brett Bruxellensis yeast strain. The beer was aged in Pinot Noir wine barrels from J’s Vineyard & Winery, located in California’s scenic Russian River Valley in Sonoma County.
