Sometimes your Sweetie Pie can be such a tart, salty, son-of-a…well you know where I’m going here. Here’s a sour beer we hope you both can enjoy, no matter what moods you’re in – a Strawberry Rhubarb Gose. Delicate, fresh-cut strawberry aromas tickle the senses after the initial pour. Tart, rhubarb mingles with flavors of light strawberry, pie crust, and lacto sourness. Pink Himalayan sea salt adds salinity to the beer’s finish, drawing you back into the glass.
